Class Rights and Responsibilities 
 
1.   Everyone has the right to a safe and challenging learning environment.
2.   Everyone has the right to learn.
3.   Everyone has the responsibility to be polite.
4.   Everyone has the responsibility to be honest.
5.   Everyone has the responsibility to use time wisely.
 
Classroom Rules
 
1.   Students will respect themselves, teachers and classmates. 
2.   Students will keep hands, feet and other objects to themselves.
3.   Students will follow directions at all times.
4.   Students will come to class prepared every day.
5.   Students will raise their hands to ask and answer questions.
 
If students are not responsible, these things will happen. 
(The behavior determines which one or combination of consequences will occur.)
 
1.   Verbal Warning
2.   Clip will be moved
3.   Silent Lunch
4.   Action Plan/Discipline Writing
5.   Phone call to parent
6.   Administrative Referral
 
If students are responsible, these things will happen:
 
1.   Praise
2.   Positive notes home
3.   Positive phone call home
4.   Treats
5.   Fun Activities
6.   Extended Computer Time
7.   Other rewards (Classroom activities, Lunch in the classroom, etc.)
